We will create sustainable access to healthy food and expand economic opportunities for farmers and growers to sell their products. Farmers, growers, and shoppers will also benefit from our marketing, agritourism and online sales. Farmers and Growers can vend at our market for free!

Value Added

Value-added products are popular items at farmers markets and local stores, and they can increase revenue and extend the selling season for many vendors. Value added products are raw agricultural products that have been modified or enhanced to have a higher market value and/or a longer shelf life. Some examples include fruits made into pies or jams, meats made into jerky, and tomatoes and peppers made into salsa.Value-added vendors can vend at our market for $35, which includes the $5 health permit.

Artisans

We will become a popular destination for hand crafted artwork such as pottery, stained glass, soap, candles, and woodworking items. Shop for unique artwork. Start or expand your artisan business and help contribute to the economy of the black community and the entire St. Louis region. Artisans can vend at our market for $35

Cooks and Food Trucks

Participate in a destination promoted throughout St. Louis. Experience cooking workshops and demonstrations. See, taste, and smell the vibrant flavors, cooking styles, foods, entertainment and products that represent the culture of our people from the Caribbean to the African continent to our popular St. Louis BBQ. Cooks and food trucks can vend for $50, which includes the $5 health permit.
